Learning Outcomes:

Upon the completion of this course, the learner will be able to: 

  • List differences between normal and abnormal aging 
  • Recognize the two major types of staging scales used by occupational, physical and speech therapists for cognitive decline and limitations in occupational performance. 
  • Identify characteristics of case studies to appropriately stage patients using ACL/GDS
