
Daniel Murawski, M.D is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the foot and ankle. With an appreciation of complex foot and ankle mechanics, he strives to optimize nonsurgical and surgical treatment strategies for his patients. Dr. Murawski has a broad skill set and enjoys treating all types of orthopaedic foot and ankle conditions from sports injuries and overuse conditions to complex deformities and arthritic conditions.
Dr. Murawski was recruited to the Andrews Institute in 2013 by Dr. Nilssen to compliment his successful practice and improve access to specialized orthopaedic foot and ankle care. Drs. Nilssen and Murawski form a unique team of foot and ankle fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeons providing top-notch care to the community and surrounding region. They are dedicated to advancing foot and ankle surgery on a national level through research and the education of foot and ankle fellows.
Dr. Murawski has published and presented on new techniques to correct bunion deformity and ankle dysfunction secondary to trauma and arthritis. He has a special interest in advanced surgical techniques such as arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis, and percutaneous fracture fixation.
