Diane Zeigler, PT graduated in 1980 with a degree in Psychology, with a minor in Biology, in preparation for entering Physical Therapy School. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a BS in Physical Therapy in 1983. Her career has spanned a wide variety of settings, enabling her to build a strong clinical foundation for maximizing outcomes for patients with a variety of diagnoses. She has worked in a large acute care research hospital, a free-standing occupational medicine clinic, a small community hospital with a 56-bed rehab unit, a community hospital with a SNF unit, home health, long–term care, and an inpatient rehab/day hospital program. Her teaching experiences include prepared childbirth, cardiac rehab, community outreach through speaker’s bureaus, clinical inservices, as well as student clinical instruction. She has served in a variety of managerial positions while always keeping excellent clinical outcomes as her focus. Currently, she is working with a national healthcare clinical solutions company, delivering evidence-based programs that improve clinical outcomes and yield greater patient satisfaction across the continuum of care.
