This course will be discussing tendinopathy regarding the etiology and clinical applications. There are many mechanical risk factors for tendinopathy that need to be part of the clinical assessment and treatment plan. Understanding where the pain is coming from will help determine the treatment plan. There are many novel treatments for tendinopathy that are emerging, but more research is needed. Reviewing and understanding the various intervention treatments and pitfalls are important when picking a treatment plan for tendinopathy injuries.
