Course Description:
Technology can enhance therapy sessions in many ways, especially in the cognitive, communicative, and socio-emotional development of students with diverse needs. In this course, learn how to use apps to address expressive communication, phonemic awareness, language-based learning differences, verbal reasoning, social interactions, executive function skills, safety awareness, mindfulness, and more! Drs. Nikosi and Rebekah will deliver research-based practical information about tech tools that assist students with various developmental milestones. Participants will leave with information that they can immediately use in their therapy sessions.
