I will define exactly what Restorative Nursing is and it's components; focusing on the requirements for delivery, documentation and supervision. The presenter will discuss the many benefits of having an effective program along with the practical challenges that many providers face. The financial implications will be discussed and finally a focus on step by step implementation of an effective Restorative Nursing Program.
