Osteoporosis, NOT just an old lady's disease. This course is intended to bring awareness of osteoporosis, the fact that everyone; regardless of age or gender is at risk. This program will provide up to date information on risk factors associated with osteoporosis as well as treatment option. Also discussed with be types of appropriate resistive and weight bearing exercises to improve bone health. Gain better knowledge on why everyone is at risk and learn some preventative actions you can start today to decrease your risk for developing osteoporosis.
