Terri Skirven is a Certified Hand Therapist with over 35 years of clinical experience. She serves as Director of Therapy at the Philadelphia Hand Center and Director of the Hand Rehabilitation Foundation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Terri is Co-Chair of the annual Philadelphia Surgery and Rehabilitation of the Hand Symposium, senior editor of the 6th edition of the text “Rehabilitation of the Hand and Upper Extremity”, and Director of the Evelyn J. Mackin Fellowship in Hand Therapy.
Terri is on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Hand Therapy and the Advisory board of the American Hand Therapy Foundation. Terri was awarded the Best Scientific paper award at the 35th annual meeting of the ASHT, for her original research paper “Collagenase injection for severe Dupuytren’s contractures of the PIPJ: the role of therapy and orthotic intervention.”
