Jeffrey M. Klauser, M.D., earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College, winning the alumni award for excellence in orthopaedics. He has additional subspecialty training in arthroscopic surgery and the treatment of sports related injuries in patients.
Jeffrey became a sports medicine fellow under the tutelage of world-renowned orthopaedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews. Under Dr. Andrews, he learned advanced techniques to care for the highest level of professional athlete and young amateur athletes alike as a team physician.
Dr. Jeffrey Klauser’s research includes studies on the treatment of rotator cuff injuries as well as complex knee trauma. He has served as faculty at both the ASMI Annual Injuries in Baseball and Football courses, and has served as an instructor at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
