- Identify proper documentation to justify treatment as a skilled intervention.

Jon DeBord, MS, PT, ATC, SCS, is a licensed physical therapist and athletic trainer with over 11 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation. Jon is the owner and director of Kewanee Physical Therapy and Rehab Specialists, operating three outpatient clinics in Kewanee, Galva, and Wyoming, Illinois. He is active in sports medicine outreach and has done extensive community and professional education in the areas of sports medicine and orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation. Jon is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Trainer's Association. He is an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor and a certified Examiner by the National Athletic Trainer's Board of Certification.
